Dr. Praful Meshram, COO of RNH Hospital, brings over a decade of experience across clinical practice, public health, and hospital administration. A BAMS and MBA (Healthcare Administration) graduate from MUHS, he began his career with the Government of Maharashtra’s MJPJAY program, where he implemented and monitored large-scale public health insurance schemes.
Since joining RNH Hospital in 2018 as Head of Administration, Dr. Meshram has led transformative operational initiatives, optimizing resources, strengthening performance systems, and securing full NABH and CGHS accreditation. Promoted to COO in 2022, he oversees strategic planning, budgeting, and human resource development while driving quality, compliance, and institutional growth. Jain & Co., Bhopal, where she honed her expertise in income tax and company audits during her articleship from 2010 to 2013.
From 2015 to 2020, she led her independent practice, Thawani & Associates, advising a diverse clientele on accounting, compliance, and financial structuring. Since joining RNH Hospital as Chief Financial Officer, she has been instrumental in shaping the hospital’s financial strategy, overseeing planning and reporting, strengthening fiscal controls, and driving sustainable growth.
